Oral Smith is not responsible for lost shipments or any damage that may occur during transit. Pricing
All prices in the online store include 24% VAT. Oral Smith reserves the right to change prices without notice and to cancel orders due to unexpected price changes or typographical errors in the webshop.
Returns & Exchanges
A 14-day return policy applies to purchases, provided a sales receipt is presented as proof of purchase. The product must be unused, in perfect condition, and in its original undamaged packaging when returned. If the product is sealed, the seal must remain intact.
Returns are processed based on the original purchase price. If the buyer does not wish to exchange the item for another product, a store credit note will be issued once the returned item is received. The store credit will be in the form of a code that can be used on the website and is valid for one year from the date of issue. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products
If a product is defective, the customer will receive a replacement product free of charge, and we will cover all related shipping costs. A refund can also be requested.
